| This is the second report from the Andrew W. Mellon funded research project: The Impact of interaction and Integration in computer-mediated teaching in Higher Education. The integration of interaction into the design and assessment of courses is discussed. The design of the research project is outlined, and procedures for selecting and researching courses described. A combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods is outlined. The main aim of the research is to explore the impact of interaction and integration on student learning and progress. Other aspects of the impact of interaction on teaching and learning are also an aspect of the research. | |
